For all purpose prices indicated on the website for all products displayed are MRP (Inclusive of all taxes)

KALAMANDIR SAREE CAN SEND THE PROMOTIONAL SMS/E-MAIL/ MAKE CALLS TO THE CUSTOMERS ALREADY REGISTERED WITH KALAMANDIR SAREE

Kalamandir Saree reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason without giving any prior notice to the customer. If any amount is paid by the customer, the amount will be refunded fully.

Kalamandir Saree reserves the right to BLOCK/BLACKLIST any customer for any reason without notice/intimation – will not accept/process order of these customers (Will refund if pre-paid orders are placed by these customers without any notice/intimation). Reasons can be many including but not limited to, a customer returning the products frequently, a customer trying to use his influence owing to his position/profession, a customer returning the products after use, a  customer not accepting COD orders, customers raising a Paypal Transaction Dispute without sharing the concern with Kalamandir Saree, etc. leading to or capable of leading to a monetary/reputation loss to Kalamandir Saree.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve

(a) transmissions over various networks; and

(b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. We agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any product sold on our site without express written permission by us.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy mentioned on the website.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. Though the sizes mentioned with the products are strictly adhered to but there can be variation felt by customer between 2.54 – 12.7 cm as the way/placement of measurement of the garments can be different. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. TERMS OF SALE.

By placing an order with us, you are (1.) offering to purchase a product, (2.) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (3.) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.

Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been made or if your account has already been changed for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

We have a customer friendly 2 days return & 10 days exchange policy

Domestic Orders:

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on “cancel order” option against the order number that you want to cancel.
  2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

Return Policy:

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID.
  2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. 
  3. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
  4. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
  5. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no  refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.
  6. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
  7. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Pune.


Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
  2. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
  3. If the product is customized for you
  4. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. 
  5. If the product is made to order

Exchange Policy:

  1. You have to raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
  2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.
  3. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it
  4. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized
    for you.
  5. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another
    product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  6.  If you want to exchange your product with another product of
    lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of credit note. 
  7. Return or exchange  of the exchanged product is not possible.
  8. No discount will be given on exchange orders.

 International Orders:

  1. If unfortunately you wish to cancel the order, please do it before your order gets shipped.
  2. If you cancel your order before your order gets shipped, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be Payment Gateway transaction fees charged .
  3. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on [email protected]. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% of PayPal transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.
  4. Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us .
  5. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.
  6. We unfortunately do not have exchange policy for the international customers.
  7. Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be cancelled.
  8. For Returns – Freight charges and custom duty to be borne by the customer.
